    The deficit of working memory is considered to be a central deficit in ADHD that is responsible for cognitive and behavioral problems. It is related to the defective function of the frontal cortex. The concurrent effect of working memory training is the impulsivity decrease in individuals suffering from ADHD. Patients with a diagnosed hyperkinetic disorder were first examined using IVA + Plus and Conners’ Continuous Performance Test II. Then they underwent working memory training using COGMED program.
