Diagnostikujeme správně a včas demenci?

Práce přináší přehled základních poznatků z oblasti diagnostiky a diferenciální diagnostiky demencí. Pozornost je věnována hodnocení kognitivních funkcí, somatickým příčinám kognitivního deficitu, sekundárně vzniklým kognitivním deficitům v rámci jiné duševní poruchy, problematice subjektivní poruchy paměti, mírné kognitivní poruchy a diferenciální diagnostice nejčastěji se vyskytujících demencí a dále pak demencí z pomezí oborů neurologie a psychiatrie.

Survey of basic facts about diagnostics and differential diagnostics of dementia is brought in the paper. Attention is paid to evaluation of cognitive functions, somatic cause of cognitive deficits, secondary occuring cognitive deficits resulting from another mental disorder, further to the subjective memory impairment, mild cognitive impairment and differential diagnostics of the mostly occuring dementias including dementias with both neurological and psychiatric features.
