Thanks to that the person may increase cognitive control by his or her own autonomous nervous system reactions. By biofeedback In other words, the client gets information on possible maladaptive responses in real time and he/she can learn how to reacts adaptively.This study utilises technique of "virtual reality" for exposing fearful scenarios that can be hardly simulated in reality.
