AB Exhibitionism is one of the most common sexual deviations. The author of this article focuses primarily on the definition of exhibitionistic behavior itself and on the profile of the patient committing these sexual offenses, since understanding the compulsive behavior of an exhibitionist is the cornerstone of successful psychotherapy. In the second part, the article deals with the therapy of exhibitionism with a focus on cognitive behavioral procedures in individual, couple's and group psychotherapy.
